Rosé liegt seit Jahren im Trend und gehört auf jede Weinkarte. Vor allem die Weine aus dem Süden Frankreichs zählen zu den Klassikern. Allen voran der trocken ausgebaute Provence Rosé, der mittlerweile 90% der Weine aus dieser Appellation ausmacht. Auch für Rosé gilt die alte Winzerweisheit: Qualität kommt aus dem Weinberg. Auf dem Weingut Aix bedeutet das Kalksteinböden auf 420 m Höhe über dem Meeresspiegel. Hier sorgen kühle Nachttemperaturen dafür, dass die Trauben trotz des warmen Klimas ihre Säure behalten.
