Bodegas Izadi (Artevino): Unter dem Namen Artevino fasst die spanische Unternehmerfamilie Antón ihre drei Weingüter Bodegas Izadi (DOCa. Rioja), Finca Villacreces (DO Ribera del Duero) und Bodegas Vetus (DO Toro) zusammen.

Das US-Magazin „Wine & Spirits“ zählt die Bodegas Izadi in ihrer Liste zu den Top 100 Kellereien der Welt! Die Liste soll besonders innovative Bodegas hervorheben, die an der Spitze des internationalen Weinbaus stehen und kontinuierlich besonders qualitative Weine produzieren. Es wird außerdem auf ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geachtet.

Tiefdunkel rubinrot läuft dieser Rioja ins Glas. Im Duft zeigen sich die für die Appellation so typischen Aromen von frischen Himbeeren, Sauerkirschen, Wachholder, Vanille und Toast sowie Anklänge von Kokos und Butter. Am Gaumen schmeckt man ein mundfüllend samtiges Tanningerüst. Dieser Jahrgang fällt mit mehr Frische aus, was dem Trinkfluss sehr zuträglich ist. Es ist ein mittelkräftiger, geschliffener wie angenehm trockener Rotwein, der mit seiner typischen Art stets eine Visitenkarte für die Region darstellt.
