Der Name „Azienda Agricola San Cassiano” stammt von dem kleinen Dorf San Cassiano ab, das mitten im Mezzana-Tal liegt und dort von der Wärme der Sonne gebadet wird. Auf dem ca. 10 Hektar großen Gut werden die Weine vom sympathischen jungen Winzer Mirko Sella in dritter Generation sorgfältig und akribisch, naturnah Angebaut und gekeltert. Diese sollen die Natur und den Boden in dem sie gewachsen sind perfekt widerspiegeln. Nach der Handlese und der strengen Selektion wird ein Teil der Trauben eine Weile zum trockenen gelegt, um die Intensität der Aromen zu steigern. Im Keller wird keine Manipulation betrieben. Es wird dem Wein die Zeit gelassen, die er braucht um sich zu entfalten.

Was für ein Wein! Sein komplexes Bouquet nach Aprikosen, gebackenem Apfel, Mango und Birne wird Sie begeistern. Im Hintergrund finden Sie weiche Anklänge von Karamell und Nüssen. Dank der Konzentration, die die leicht getrockneten Trauben mit sich bringen, ist der Wein vollmundig und besonders fruchtig mit einer feinen cremigen Frucht. Er wird Antipasti wie Proscuitto und Melone genauso gut wie Ihre entspannten Momente mit Freunden begleiten können!
