Produktinformationen "Les Cades 2022"

Château Pech Redon ist ein kleines abgelegenes Paradies auf der heute versandeten ehemaligen Insel La Clape vor den Toren Narbonnes. Man findet hier Ruhe, Wein und die berühmte Garrigue, Heidekraut, wilden Thymian, Rosmarin und Knoblauch. Es ist das trockenste und heißeste Gebiet Frankreichs. Die Natur reguliert den Ertrag. Rund 40 Hektar nennt Winzer Christophe Bousquet sein Eigen. 2004 stellte er auf biologischen Weinbau um. Die Weine sind traditionell wie das Land und kraftvoll wie der Wind, der 200 Tage im Jahr weht, weich wie das Licht des Languedoc und manchmal so filigran und porös wie das Kalkgestein von La Clape. Eines sind sie aber immer - einzigartig durch ihr Terroir.

Cuvée aus Syrah, Grenache und Carignan. Die Weine sind Biozertifiziert, mit Naturhefe vergoren und nicht filtriert. Der Einsatz von Sulfiten ist absolut minimal, in manchen Jahrgängen werden sie gar nicht zugegeben. Cassis, Brombeeren, Pfeffer, Minze und mediterrane Kräuter findet man sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen. Ehrlich und herrlich!
