Der Großteil der Weinberge der jungen Domaine Vigneret liegt in den Hängen der Cadière d’Azur, eine Quelle für besonders feine Tonböden, wo früher hochwertige Ziegel hergestellt wurden. Fast 3000 Stunden Sonne im Jahr fallen auf die Weinberge und der leichte Wind aus dem Tal und vom Meer bringt die nötige Erfrischung für die Reben. Die Beeren sind also fast immer in einem perfekten Zustand und besonders konzentriert. Die niedrigen Erträge (untern 35 hl/ha) sind hier die Konsequenz der trockenheit des Klima und der strengen Traubenselektion des Winzers Olivier Pascal.

Dieser Wein besteht aus 75% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 10% Carignan und 5% Cinsault Trauben. In Südfrankreich ist Bandol rot bekannt für Langlebigkeit und Finesse. Dieser ist keine Ausnahme. Die Frucht nach Brombeeren ist mit frischen Kräutern und leicht animalischen Noten gepaart. Im Mund ist er frisch und noch etwas straff. Nach etwas Luft kommt eine Explosion von Frucht und eine seidige Textur. Er wird jede edle Speise, vor allem rotes Fleisch (Wild, Rind, Lamm...) mediterran zubereitet perfekt ergänzen.
