Produktinformationen "Le Alene Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2018"

Der Name „Azienda Agricola San Cassiano” stammt von dem kleinen Dorf San Cassiano ab, das mitten im Mezzana-Tal liegt und dort von der Wärme der Sonne gebadet wird. Auf dem ca. 10 Hektar großen Gut werden die Weine vom sympathischen jungen Winzer Mirko Sella in dritter Generation sorgfältig und akribisch, naturnah Angebaut und gekeltert. Diese sollen die Natur und den Boden in dem sie gewachsen sind perfekt widerspiegeln.  Nach der Handlese und der strengen Selektion wird ein Teil der Trauben eine Weile zum trockenen gelegt, um die Intensität der Aromen zu steigern. Im Keller wird keine Manipulation betrieben. Es wird dem Wein die Zeit gelassen, die er braucht um sich zu entfalten.  

 

Cuvée aus Corvina, Molinara und Rondinella im klassischen Apassimento-stil (mit teilweise bis zu 40 Tage lang getrockneten Trauben hergestellt) ist ein wahres Meisterstück in Punkto Eleganz! er reift ca. 24 Monate in Französischen Barriques und mindestens12 Monate in der Flasche bevor er verkauft werden darf. Das Ergebnis ist Samtig, schmeichelnd mit sehr konzentrierter Frucht (Pflaume, Kirsche, Heidelbeere) süßen Gewürzen (Dunkle Schokolade, Vanille) und kräuterigen Noten wie Basilikum. Ein kräftiger komplexer Wein, der seines gleichen sucht!
